Job Description

Performs clerical and administrative support duties for sales department and sales analyst. Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to: MDA tracking, Incentive and Rebate requests, merlin reports, standard report development, senior staff requests, maintaining files, etc. Attends sales events and tracks sporting event tickets and monitoring.

  1. Support MDA tracking, profit model development, and approval process.

Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes MDA worksheet. Submits paperwork and acts as Liaison between sales and legal. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures and submits. Assist Sales with the completion of POY/PON forms as needed.

  1. Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes Rebate worksheet. Inputs data into CASIS/LCRW. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures. Prints rebate agreements and assists Sales Management with obtaining customer signatures. Researches rebate questions and ensures tracking of results are in line with expectations.

  2. Responsible for standardized reporting by running Merlin reports, ecom, order source tracking and any other one-off or standard reports requested by Sales Management or the customer.

  3. Attends area sales events. Tracks sporting event ticket tracking and monitoring.

  4. Performs other administrative duties as assigned by Sales Management.

Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. College coursework or degree desirable.

Related Experience : A minimum of three years’ experience in administrative/clerical support is required. Previous experience working for and coordinating schedules for a team of individuals is required. Previous meeting planning and travel coordination experience required. Experience in food service distribution is desirable.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Should be familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Must be willing to travel within the area for meetings and events.

The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In New York, the expected compensation for this role is $24.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for overtime compensation.
